The form can be downloaded online - KIDS TARAWEEH REGISTRATION FORM.

Please fill Taraweeh Registration form for all kids 5-15 years. The registration is free but mandatory for all kids praying at Makki Masjid Basement. Parents have to read the polcies and procedures and sign the waiver and return the duly filled signed form to Makki Masjid office.

Security will send kids between age 5-15 to Makki Masjid basement.

Kids will not be baby sitted during taraweeh. Security personnel will monitor kids.
